OK, I do wine and chocolate tastings every single year. It's a cliche for Valentine's Day. I want to tell you the most important thing - TASTE FOR YOURSELF. No wine person can ever tell you what YOU will like!! Don't just follow my notes, or anybody else's! Have fun doing a tasting with friends.
