I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this recently, but every wine loving household should have a batch of plastic ice cubes in the freezer. Mine are shaped like colored fish. That way when I’m sitting out on the back deck sipping a white wine, and it starts to warm up, I just plunk in a fish or two. The wine stays cool, and there’s no dilution
