Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! Sure, you probably care about Wine and Chocolate pairings. For me, that’s port – I *love* the rich port texture and flavor with a quality dark chocolate. Don’t forget my Champagne Pages though! There are some *gorgeous* Champagne cocktails involving strawberries or other pink / red colors. They’re quite fun!
