2007 Triennes Viognier $18 13.5% alc – orange, creamy,  honey, great finish, I love viogniers in general and this is a great one.

I’m drinking an organic wine which appears to be past its expiration date But I keep drinking it. Do you ever pour a wine out?

Santaniello Lazy Valley Winery 2009 Zinfandel – 13.5% alc – Grapes from Lodi CA, wine made in Massachusetts. The label – red haired vixen!

2005 Richard the Lion-Heart Yorkville Cellars $30 13.5% alc – blend of 6 red organic grape varieties, does have sulfites. May be past prime.

PearPomPeach Champagne Cocktail – 1oz pear liqueur, 1oz pomegranate liqueur, fill with bubbly. Add in frozen peach slices and enjoy! PPP!

Organic wines – what’s your thought? Should *all* wines be completely pesticide free and sulfite free no matter what the consequences?
