CMS Hedges 2008 13.5% alc $13 – the name says it all, it’s made from cab merlot and syrah. Plum, coffee, cinnamon, rich tasty flavors.

Jaume Serra Cristalino Spanish Bubbly $10 11.5% alc – big warning on bottle says “This is not CRISTAL”. Would anyone really confuse them?

Hawk in the Heavens Sake 15.6% alc $14/300ml – dry but very floral, smooth, stands up well to spice, junmai style.  Craving sushi now.
