90+ Cellars Chianti Classico Riserva 2007 – I have to admit I have issues with wine bottles calling themselves 90+ that’s the drinker’s job

What are you drinking? I’m on my back porch with DH Gunfighter 2008 Fourth Notch – red blend from Sonoma – watching robins and goldfinches.

Secco Italian Bubbles 11% alcohol – from the Prosecco region but has Pinot Bianco along with the classic Prosecco grapes.  Light, fresh.

Double Cherry Sparkling Cocktail – 1/2oz cherry liqueur, fill with Sparkling Shiraz. Both add a delightful cherry flavor to the drink!

2006 Goosebumps Sparking Shiraz 16% alc – incredibly dark color, cherry, licorice, but probably meant to drink before now.

Hummingbird Champange Cocktail -

1/2oz green Chartreuse, fill with rose Champagne / sparkling Shiraz, celebrate the little buzzy birds!

Testing out wine bottle cooling in bucket with water, ice, and salt. Still being easily beaten by the plastic ice cubes added to a glass.

Doing another test of wine bottle chilling in a frozen concrete block container, so far the plastic ice cubes are winning.
