I love orange flavors, and they are supreme when combined with Champagne. This is a double dose of orange! You get the orange of Cointreau plus the orange flavor of blue curacao. Add into that the beautiful blue color, and you've got the perfect Champagne cocktail!
1 shot Cointreau
1 shot blue curacao
Champagne
Put the shots of Cointreau and blue curacao into a Champagne flute. and fill up with Champagne. Garnish with a thin orange slice if desired, and enjoy.
Miami always brings to mind orange groves to me. I've been to Miami several times, and love the vibrant energy of this area!
