A guanabana is a fruity item, also called a soursop, grown in the Caribbean and other places. It's very sweet and has a cool pineapple-strawberry flavor. You can often find the juice in stores that carry Hispanic food items. Midori is a melon flavored liqueur that hails from Japan. This beautifully green cocktail combines the two flavors!

1 shot guanabara juice
1 shot midori
Champagne or sparkling wine

Pour the guanabara juice into a Champagne flute, then add in the midori. Fill to the top with Champagne.
