This is SUCH a delicious drink. The green color is gorgeous. The melon sweet-sour flavor is wonderful. It's super easy to make and only involves having Midori around the house (besides of course the Champagne). Make it a Sunday morning tradition!
1oz midori
4oz Champagne
sweet-sour mix
In a tall flute glass, pour in the Champagne, then the midori, It makes a lovely green color! Gently stir in the sweet-sour mix, and enjoy! I keep sweet-sour powder in my drawer, it's perfect for these situations and doesn't go bad.
