The perfect cocktail for St. Patrick's Day, or any other day that you want to celebrate the luck of the Irish! It has green - the official color of Saint Patrick's Day - and of course whiskey!

1oz midori
1oz Irish Whiskey
Champagne or sparkling wine

In a tall flute glass, pour in the Champagne, then add in the midori and whiskey. The combination creates a lovely "soft" green color, just like the misty meadows of Ireland!

The official toast for Ireland is slainte - this means "to your health!"
