Steak with Mushroom Merlot Sauce RecipeThis steak recipe goes wonderfully well with merlot wine - pour some into the food, and some into your mouth! INGREDIENTS:
2 10oz ribeye steaks First salt and pepper steaks on both sides. Head the vegetable oil to medium high, and then cook steaks about 3 minutes per side. Put the steaks on a plate but keep the oil. Put in the butter, chopped up mushrooms and chopped up shallots and cook for 2 minutes. Pour this sauce over the steaks and serve.
