It is my fault for having continued to try to make a point when there isn't anyone to actually debate stuff with.

This will be my last post on the board and I would like to say that I learend something but I would be lying.

I'm sorry to hear that, Florian. Not everyone on here is particularly young and even those who are make very interesting points (and I'm not trying to be condescending). I think I have learned quite a bit and, anyway, I enjoy the 'conversation'. I have enjoyed most of your input.

You believe in open criticism - you have demonstrated that - so I presume that my comments on your posts have not caused you to make this decision. I hope not.

We seem to have two topics going here:

1. Did Jesus die on the cross?

2. Is Jesus the Son of God, or was he a God-given Prophet?

I've started a new thread for the second subject.

Sorry to hear that Florian. I for one unfortunately am not 'young' but I hope at least I'm young at heart.

Florian, you should stay. Despite the fact that you chose to "say it like you see it" , to quote you, and despite the fact that I personally would show more patience with those who are at the begining of their spiritual journey, I like your views and your clear thinking. I hope you stick around so that we may help each other learn more.

I apologize tht I let me emotions run to far in a few of the things I said. I tried to close the argument peaceful and respectfully, but Florian just kept running his mouth. From what I can tell, he seems like a hurtful, hateful person preocupied with "burning in hell". He seems to really enjoy saying it. Perhaps he is concerned about burning in hell? He seems to like putting others down to feel better about himself. But, that's just what I see. Whatever the case, he said some very hurtful and hateful things to me. I would take great offence even if I were an adult. After what's been said, and the personal attacks I have received, I am seriously considering leaving this forum.
