I lost my male betta today... he was doing well for the longest time... then today he was acting weird... and I got home from work a minute ago and he was dead... I am going to miss him... he was so friendly... now my two females are getting moved into their new tanks... Tasanee... will go into the teo gallon one and Ratana will go into the 55 since they don't get along and Niran is dead... well here is his pic... Hopefully I won't loose the two females any time soon... and sorry his pic is so small...

thanks Horsewise and thanks Christina... I had him for about six months... they only live for about two years, but I had no idea his age... he was a sweet ish... not aggressive like most males... and he loved being petted... bettas can be touched... one of the few fish that can... just be careful... not to have anything on your hands... he meant a lot to me...

Sorry about Niran, Blaze. He was very pretty. I have one named Goddard. He's quite friendly too. I didn't know you could pet them. I may give it a try. I hope your two females are happy in their new homes. Take care.
