Ok I figured it out. It's done by determining what they ARE NOT wearing.

He said... Mr.Red wore green, Mr.Blue wore red, Mr.Green wore blue
and you said Mr.Red wore Blue, Mr. Blue wore green and Mr. Green wore red...
I don't really get it either, but that is what the site said the answer was... I looked after I came up with the answer, but I had no idea on the second riddle... I had to look and then I got it... if you want the site I can give it too... maybe you would get it if I posted the whole answer they gave you...
#1 Answer) Since none of the men are wearing the color of suit that corresponds to their names, and Mr. Red was replying to the man in the blue suit, it had to be Mr. Green to whom he replied. We then know that Mr.Green is wearing a blue suit. Therefore, Mr. Red is wearing a green suit and Mr. Blue is wearing a red suit.
