I dont think its true, because on another forum she said - "My dad should have bought the cage too!!" on a topic about her teil. Which basically I think means that cage you seen it in was the only cage it has/had at the moment. Sadly I honestly wouldnt put it past Emmie to put a tiel in a budgies cage thats not even fit for a budgie. Look at her budgies, 7 or 8 shoved into a cage made for just 2. I feel so sorry for ALL her birds.

i do too. my personal opinion is that she isn't able to provide enough INDIVIDUAL one- on- one interaction with each of her birds. she makes too many impulse purchases; she can be nice but she does lie in some situations. i want a tiel but i'm not going to buy one because i haven't saved up enough money for a good cage (yours) AND the actual bird.
and also i've been reading up on tiel body language (because i want a tiel someday-- they are just soooooo cute!) and in her first pic of the tiel in the "traveling cage", the crest was completely down, which means that the tiel is scared/aggressive/both. it makes sense since my grandma's tiel is like that when he bites me. and that reminds me, my grandma bought him 8 in 1 for tiels! i was soooo happy about that. )

The post about the email was to let those who were concerned ABOUT EMMIE and her sudden disappearence. I don't think a discussion of her is really appropriate since she is not here to "defend" herself. Whatever is going on there, there nothing I can do about it from my living room nor anyone else from theirs. Gossiping is not a nice thing.

I think other people's lives must be pretty darn good if all they have to do is criticize a 12 year old.
Don't people have a war to worry about? Terrorism? Natural disasters?
If people put as much energy into volunteer work as they did in criticizing a young child who obviously lives in a sub-optimal family situation, then the world would be a much better place.
