I JUST NOTICE THIS WHEN I WAS CHANGING THE BIRD FOOD AND SHE WAS A FLUFF UP AND HER HIND IS RED AND BLOODY AND I SEE SOMETHING WHITE AND IT MIGHT BE AN EGG!!WHAT DO I DO! I JUST UPLOAD SOME PICTURE ON PHOTOBUCKET AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!! I CALL MY VET BUT IT'S CLOSE!!I FINALLY GOT THE COURAGE TO SHOW Y’ALL THE PICTURES I KNOW THESE PICTURES CAN BE DISTRUBING BUT WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP HER IT JUST BLOODY![Linked Image]

IM'S SO SCARE! I CALL THAT AN EMEGENCY # BUT THEY DON'T DO SURGRY ON PARAKEETS...NOW WHAT!?? I'M LOOKING AT THE YELLOW BOOK AND SO FAR I CALLED 4 EMEGENCY # AND THEY ARE CLOSE BECAUSE IT'S SUNDAY OR JUST DON'T DO PARAKEETS...

Keep her warm and put vegetable oil around where the egg is. Get to a vet quickly because they'll know how to handle it.

I hope she's ok! Which keet is it? I thought you separated your males and females.

WHAT KIND OF OLIVE OIL CAN I USE AND I DON'T THINK IT WILL HELP BECAUSE IT'S ALL BLOODY AND I DID SEPREATE THE MALE AND FEMALE I GUESS SHE BEEN CARRYING EGGS IN HER STOMACH.

Are you sure it's egg binding? Vegetable oil is the best to use, it can help her pass the egg.

Yes!

Use olive Oil. It really help the egg pass. It is probly infertile.
