Ermmm.. honestly I was sooo excited I didn't notice the "so called" fuzzyness!!! Please don't worry about that.. it looks great!! HUmm... I think it is a good speed no issues from me!!! I love it so!!! (I'm guessing you realise that!!! LOL!!)

Oh, that would make sense. But you can also get English budgies in America. Well, English budgies have a poofier forehead - especially when they are chirping! And yes, I am pretty sure that English budgies are also larger than avarage budgies.
