Gotta Love Birds- First you have to google Irfanview and UnFREEz. You will need Irfanview to convert your pictures into a GIF format. Then you use UnFREEz to an avatar. They are free to download. For UnFREEz, you need to set the "delay time". The delay time is in milliseconds or something so for every second you want, type in "100". So if you want the delay time between each picture to be 3 seconds, type in 300. Then upload your avatar to www.photobucket.com . Copy the URL into "My Profile" and under "My Stuff". There is a space to paste a URL and then fill in the little dot next to the space and press "submit". Then you are done.
