Oh dear!!!!

This same thing happened to my Brenda and on Xmas day! She was actually attacked by one of the other keets. I called all vets and all were closed and also we had 20 inches of snow too! I took her out of the cage, kept pressing on the wing which was constantly bleeding and then after an hour it actually stopped.

I hope the poor thing is doing better!

Oh no!!! Is Chloe ok now??? I hope she's getting her strength and blood back soon. I've heard that Vitamin B-12 is good for blood and all, but not sure what's good for the birdies, maybe eggs??? I know how worried and frustrated you've been feeling & I just pray everything will be alright to your baby soon!!!

well with her poor lil bumm sore it might be the only comfy position heehee but still that and eating are very very good signs

how is she now?/today?

well she just woke up so the fact that shes alive is huge! i hve to work 11 hour today but will come home on my lunch to check on her. i made sure she has all of her favorite things in her cage and she can see the boys.
