yea sunnydayz i think its correct, i know what ur saying.. its like darkish where for the young fellas its like brighter and not dark. i belive the more darker the beak is the older they are.
Little Sobe came trained!! And he is very young I think. I got him from a bird store, but all the other keets in his cage where not even close to being trained. The moment I got him home last night, he "stepped up" on my finger. He doesn't actually know the word, but, I put my finger infront of him, and he just climbed on. And to think I almost got a different baby, it was a very hard decision, the other one was all white except a tiny amout of light blue on it's back. Little Sobe's tail isn't very long. Is this something that gets longer as he ages? All my other Keets were a lot older when I got them.

He's just so darn cute! I like all the subtle colors in his wing and back feathers. The person who raised him probably hand fed him and he automatically learned to step up.
LAGirl, I just love the pics of your "gang" they are all so sweet! Do ya have 3 girls and a boy? I know ya said Sky picks on Peace sometime, but, do they all get along pretty much most of the time? And that is my goal, to get all four of my Keets together for one picture. hahaaa anyway, how did ya get those tiny pics on the right together and on your "Signture" on here? I just can't figure that out. help???? pleaseeeeeee
