YEA i talked to the lady today and she was like we never agreed to cover these costs, we are sorry for your loss but this was never agreed on.
i was like r u serious???? do you think ima crack head that you can tell me a bold @$$ lie and im just gona go oh ok then ... hell no you DID agree to this, you and your corporate office faxed my vet and called my vet, do you think you can get out of this now????
she was like maam we are no longer responsible for this, and there was no agreement on payment.
i was like well the agreement is printed on my f'ing receipt you moron ... and i told her a few other nuggets for her to contemplate in her free time (LOL) and hung up.
i wont deal with them anymore, ive contacted national organizations and a lawyer ... they can not treat people the way they treat their animals.
absolutely what i'd do cause it's happened to many times and they deserve what they're gonna get!

yeah helwa is awesome some people wouldn't stand up to them but helwa sure did!
