When I first took Aruba to the vet he was borderline under weight at 24 gr. I was trying to transition him to pellets so the vet said the low weight would be worth the reward in the end when Aruba was eating pellets. Now that he has indeed been eating pellets as a good portion of his diet, I decided to weigh him again. Today he weighed in at 30 gr.!!

He hurt his wing in his cage last night, I hope he will be better today. It's not broke or anything, just strained. Poor baby!! IDK how he did it, it was when he was alone in his cage.

Aruba is looking great! As many times my charlie flops around, we are lucky nothing has been broken yet. Every time she tries to land outside the cage, i cringe and pray. I hope Aruba is ok.

Awwww! Aruba is just too cute. I love the wet picture of him. That's great that he's putting on the weight now but sorry about his wing. I hope it'll get better.

Thanks guys!! I just love his little birdie self!! He seems better today after a good nights rest. I am sure he will show some discomfort by the end of the day but so long as it is better after the rest then I know it will heal and be okay in a couple of days. (this is the 3rd time he has hurt his wing-I don't know what his problem is!!)
