Given a choice, I would deem reasonable health as important.

But if health is neither "good" nor too "reasonable," I think you can still have the love (and the other things I mentioned).

People who live in pain, or with major disorders or conditions or diseases certainly learn the value of life and love.

Of course, I just realized, even if the health is poor, or even of an unreasonable nature, it's still important to one (and to others as well), isn't it?

So pardon my critique, PDM, please.

Was a little early, from my time perspective, but who's counting?

The most important thing.....I think it is to give from the heart without expecting anything in return. In other words to be there for whoever may need you because you want to.

Your signature quote/sentiment is a good answer to the question.

I like that! Good thing I came back. Your last post came just before I made my last post, and I hadn't seen it.

It's kind of a mystical or spiritual thing, I think, but it surely seems like I meet people in kind of a visit that was meant to be, if you know what I mean.

And sometimes they are there for me, and sometimes I am there for them.

the most important things in life...

It sounds simplistic but it isn't--- To need and to be needed.

Most important things in life...well I think you guys are pretty much covering my thoughts on that already smile But I would like to add Honesty-with yourself and others.

And Carl-as for the Stephen Hunter books, The 47th Samurai is one of his last books-you should really read a couple of his other Bob Lee Swagger books before that one to get to know and understand Bob first smile
