Yep... Thanks for all of your help. I have been playing with his toys in his cage for a while now and I think he's getting better.

I play with Levi with his toys when he is out of his cage too. Like when he is sitting on my finger or on my shoulder I sometimes dangle a bell toy or something in front of him (not too close) and he will play with it. Probably best if using a familiar toy so he's not scared of it. Just a thought..you might want to try sometime

I will... Geez your Levi looks so cute. I was going to get a blue one but the store didn't have them when we went. My bird is VERY stubborn. He will refuse to come out of his cage and cling on for dear life. I guess I'm getting to know him already. LOL

Thanks Funny... I was going to get a green one but the breeder I got him from had 2 white, 2 yellow, and 1 blue. So I chose Levi. Not that the others weren't cute too, they were and it was a tough decision so I picked him cause he was the odd man out so to speak-and because they thought he was probably a male.
He can be very stubborn too. He only does what he wants when he wants LOL and he can go from Mr Sweetheart to Mr Brat Bird in the blink of an eye! It's all good tho.He def has a personality all his own.

It looks fine and normal to me.

Crusty ceres are usually indicative of a mature female. Especially if it's a shade of tan or brown.
