Yep, thanks! First time out of the box... so tiny and precious and fragile... I only held it for a minute, gave it a kiss and put it back in the box. The parents are outside the box much more now, I guess the chicks don't need to be kept as warm anymore. They are strong enough now to walk around and hold their heads up. You can see the eyes just opened and the feathers are coming in... looks painful, right? One is slightly bigger than the other, so I can tell which is older... maybe later today I'll take them both out for a picture together... I just don't want mom to return to an empty box and get upset.

Yes those feathers coming in sure do look painful. If not painful then certainly very uncomfortable LOL I've never been even close to a chick so young. Do they feel pokey?
