The other day I had an egg white omelette with fried onions, roasted peppers, provolone cheese and pieces of PHILLY steak broken into the omelette. Oh,they put some marinara sauce on the top. This is a Philly Cheesesteak, but instead of a long roll, they use eggs. OMG, I could eat that right now!!!! I think it's a PHilly thing. LOL
