ziggy kinda looks like hes bloated or something his stomach is puffed up and he sitting on the perch and the bottom of his stomach is basicly sitting on the perch also....
is this normal or is their something wrong

By puffed up,do you mean only his stomach,or his whole body?My keet,Sky use to puff up,and it made him look fat.I'm not sure why though.

well now hes fine but be4 it was just his tummy and yeah he looked a little chubby lol but it was cute =D.

Is he warm enough? Sometimes they will puff up if they are cold. And sometimes puff up when they are getting comfy and rready to sleep. Not sure what you mean by whining like a guinea pig?

he was squealing type a little but he stopped now my windows r all closed and i'd say itz pretty hot in my room about 75-80 degrees hes better now. should i put the cover over his cage and tell him goodnight?

What time is his usual bedtime? You should try to put him to bed every night around the same time. They like a routine. Do the same every night at about the same time.
For example every night around 8:30 or so I tell mine it's quittin time, almost time for bed.They go in their cage and I cover the back portion and give them just a little "night night treat". They KNOW what I mean now when i tell them that. They expect it. LOL Then at around 9ish I say lights out and turn off lights, turn on nite light.(Some keets are scared of the dark and get night frights) I still have tv on tho. Then at 9:30 I tell them time for bed and they go to their usual sleep spots and I cover them. All but the bottom part of the front. They freak out if I cover them completely.
I think the more you talk to them and explain what you are doing, they really do associate words with actions or objects.

well yeah i juss coverd him and yeah im pretty sure ziggy is scared of the dark i leave him a little light on, but my tv stays on for a little while but i keep it quiet

and to be honest i havent really made a routine for him of when he goes to sleep i juss put the covers on and i hear him munching away on some food.. loool

Doesn't matter what the routine. Even just a quick "time for bed Zig, good night" at around the same time every night
