The wheat toast is very healthy. But I will check to make sure. She mostly just destroys it into tiny pieces. Boy does she love to shred!!! Cuttle bones, news paper, you name it if it can be destroyed she will find a way! Funny big little bird!

As I am typing now she is out of her cage and Yb (Yellowbird)is in his cage and she wants him to feed her through the bars. It's funny because they hardly ever preen each other. Its feedings and the mating dance ritual - then me seperating them.

My guys have some crackers that they love to tear to pieces as soon as I put it in their cage. I think they may eat a bit of it but it is mainly destroy.

their crops only hold so much food ..so no they wont over feed at any one time..maybe turn into glutons tho wanting some all the time giggle..its a bonding thing too...let them enjoy each other its comforting to huey..sounds like the worst is over which is really good to hear.
