In the spring time, I would like to purchase a friend for Jazz! Jazz currently lives in a cage that is just for him. I don't feel that it is big enough for two parakeets and I'm going to need another cage anyway for quarantine purposes until they are ready to live together. I have looked at the bigger cages at petsmart, but most of them are not big enough and the bigger ones that I have seen are for bigger birds! I want a cage where I can hang enough toys along the top.

Does anyone know where I can find a good looking bigger cage?

try www.prevuepet.com also some of your petco stores. The prevue ones even have little house like accomodations things like food cups that look like chairs..or beds ..chandlier bells etc giggle...lots of accesorizing to fill out the house type cages which is what i just bought.

Just remember that the MINIMUM size cage for 2 keets is 18x18x30 and bigger is always better and bar spacing should be no more than 1/2". Flat tops are nice because it is easier to hang toys.
