(Hidden image in the restored version of “The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, example at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Last_Supper_%28Leonardo%29)
Hi, I’m new to the forum and haven’t read everything yet, so I don’t know if this has already been mentioned (apologies if it has.) But I see a blue/green-“swaddled” baby in Judas’ neck, right shoulder and right arm, with the baby’s face seeming to tilt upwards in the direction of Andrew’s face (the gray/white-bearded man to the baby‘s left). The baby’s face itself seems to be about 2-3 months old, but the body is positioned upright in an unusual cross-legged way, with one or both arms possibly drawn in.
The colors of the fabrics and other things depend on which version or copy of “The Last Supper” you are looking at -- I am looking at the restored version (URL above). I can’t really say for sure at this point whether the baby is a boy or a girl, but I suspect it is a boy.
The baby’s head takes up all of Judas' exposed neck area -- the head is sort of nestled into, or laying against, Judas' neck -- the baby‘s head and Judas‘ neck are one-and-the-same. Its forehead is near Judas‘ ear area, and the top of the baby’s head has a shadowed hair area. The baby's face is in partial left profile (admittedly vague -- and there is a “flaw“ -- but the expression seems somehow quiescent); the baby’s head is tilted sideways and up. I also see a kind of metaphorical "halo" outlining the baby's head (the “halo” is from the decorative neckline border of Judas' shirt garment.)
The front of the baby's body is snugged against and into Judas' shoulder/arm area, something between being swaddled and being bound in, papoose-style -- the baby‘s body and Judas‘ shoulder/arm area merge into one-and-the-same. If you blink a certain way, it can look like Judas’ right arm is supporting or holding or carrying the baby. Anyway, the baby is covered tightly (from neck down) in the blue-ish fabric that covers Judas' shoulder and arm area. The baby’s right arm or right shoulder or back blade (somewhere around that area) is possibly a “sprouting wing” metaphor (the tip is outlined by the “ruffled“ edges of the money bag top in Judas‘ right hand.) The baby is sitting on the table, sort of cross-legged (possibly with legs drawn tightly in), with its right thigh area (above the knee joint) ending about where Judas‘ “cuff“ ends and Judas‘ hand begins.
I have a Windows Paint program, and I have been (free-hand) cutting and pasting various images -- including this baby image -- all which-way. I do have a fancy to paste this baby image in a particular spot to the left-ish side of Jesus, but first…
does anybody else see this hidden baby image…or is it just me??
P.S.: The only place I have seen Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” (and a couple of its copies) is on the Internet. The only place I can get good viewing details (as Lisa/PDM have mentioned before) is at: http://milan.arounder.com/da_vinci_last_supper/IT000005356.html .

in the bible are some informations about the children of mary and the mother of zebedee, after the cruzification is a third child, Salome mentioned:
Mark 15:40
40 Some women were there, watching from a distance, including Mary Magdalene, Mary (the mother of James the younger and of Joseph[i]), and Salome. 41 They had been followers of Jesus and had cared for him while he was in Galilee. Many other women who had come with him to Jerusalem were also there.
and
Mark 16:1
The Resurrection
1 Saturday evening, when the Sabbath ended, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome went out and purchased burial spices so they could anoint Jesus’ body.
a hint why mary, mary magdalene and the mother of zebedee are one and the same person may be the post #202824:

an other information about the evolutionary background of the bible behind the story of santa claus is the virgin birth allegory. In biology 'virgin birth' is parthenogensis, a mode where e.g. snakes replicate without man.
And what do you really know about autism spectrum conditions. the ego imitates 'being a object' very well:-) research may start right under your skin...
