I thought one of the birds was breathing bad. Did the Doc say anything about that? I am glad you finally went to the vet.

I am relatively new to birds myself but when I bought Bob I knew the commitment I was making. Animals rely on us exclusively and cannot eat better food, get medical attention when they need it or even make friends outside of their environment. They depend on us to provide all their needs, I don't care if its a bird, a snake, a dog, a cat, any living creature we domesticate.

I am glad you followed through and sought medical attention for your birds. The one suggestion I think you should consider is reading all the threads regarding food and nutrition. We are what we eat and same for birds.

To get your birds back on their game again, feed them the best seed and grains you can afford and include veggies like broccoli, green leafy veggies and herbs and spices. You can see a difference in days.

guys, erm what the hell is happining? is this a bad comdition or is she playing music lol? she is standing and just tapping her feet on the perch or ground.

again see a avian vet asap this is a condition and i just dont recall whats its call.

did a quick check this could very well be a symptom of BUMBLE FOOT which is a infection of the feet see a EXOTIC AVIAN VET ASAP.

AND THIS TIME zal i hope you listen and bring the bird ASAP

causes listed are ...unclean conditions ...poor diet...sandpaper perches ...perches that do not offer different dimensions to alleviate foot stress etc ...

again i cant say it enuf see a AVIAN VET AND X-RAYS will be REQUIRED as it states in the above article to determing the extent of the damage...this is not a disease easily cured either but if its not i hate to say the outcome.

i took it to the vet 2 times for previous problems now, and he says nothing is wrong. the tapping is getting worse. and when i look at pictures of bumblefoot it doesnt look anything a like. those tiny tiny lumps are just like any other budgie end of toes. it looks fine i picked up the budgie and looked at it closely. i dont think its bumblefoot. but can you tell me more about mite?

listen you need to find a vet that knows their stuff sorry...your birds keep having health issues and its obvious things NEED TO CHANGE
