Daniellero you still want to feed her a healthy, good diet, just no fresh veggies.
I would continue to try and cover her cage more. They tend to go on high perches at night so you can slowly start to cover the front of her cage by not putting all the way to the bottom. Each night lower it a bit more in front until most if not all of the front is covered too.
I don't think there's any problem in letting her have free fly time,just don't let both out at the same time. Also if she goes on his cage, I'd get her off of it. *Things* could happen between the bars.
