Suzy...just reminded me of the time my Keltsy (Shih Tzu) was out in her play pen in the front yard and I came out and there was a bald eagle in the tree right above her. She weighed maybe 5 lbs at the time and was almost a snack.

Alrite im plannin on it but im gonna work with her to that she's more comfortale with new things so she doesn't get as scared. i no u guys probly think im just gonna throw it on her and head outside. but after i get her used to the suit first! wit her personality shouldn't take very long and slowly introduce her to bein outside in her suit and let her understand that she cnt just fly off all crazy im gonna be very carefull i just dnt like her being by herself so much O! and heres her at home setup. alot better then her setup at college.

luv the fancy stand the cage is on but what the heck is that in the food cup...and id invest if it were me which of course it isnt ...in a bigger cage before anything else...with more toys in it... just be careful tho i may snitch that stand sometime when your not looking.....

Haha thanx it was just there and we got the brilliant idea to put it on it so theres the story haha and i actually just bought that cage a couple months ago? oops i think its ok? maybe wen i get a lil more money but i do agree i need to get alot more toys. i was plannin on gettin her some more wen i buy all the new stuff for my sunny in may i'm gonna buy them both a crap load of shiny new toys:) and its veggie's i think i read somewhere to put veggies in there all morning then put her normal food after to try and get her to eat veggie's?

yah that somewhere was me lol...large green leafy veggies wet well and from the veggie safe list...

but NOT LETTUCE OR CHARD

I new it:) haha and i no theres no lettuce in there. i was choppin up the veggies and stuff and my whole family look at me like im stupid! except for my cuzin but im already gettin frustrated with them..they think im doin too much for her..>:(

don't let them get to you andi. I get teased that I cook more for the birds than I do hubby... and it's true. I don't really do much cooking, but it's fun to make a little dinner for a hungry little bird! Right?
I don't believe we can really spoil an animal. I think they appreciate all we do, or if they don't, we should do it anyway.

well just explain she can not do it herself she is now in your care and not a wild thing to fend for itself...and so its your responsibilty to see to the basics...vet fund, proper housing, and environment, and foods...safety also.

and speaking of safety i want to go on record as saying ...i am adamantly AGAINST budgie flight suits. thats MY personal take on all this.

i try but they dnt care i have to constantly yell at them for somethin..o and the the flight suit also doubles as a lil diaper thing. my moms always complainin about poop and im cleaning it 24/7 but she still cries so maybe this will make her happy if i dnt use it for outside.
