they come out on their own you dont need to remove them or force them out or back...allow time for all of this and dont hover over them...
we all let our birds out and they come out on their own eventually...and are not terrorized
we are not monsters here and terrorize our birds...and ya never chase them around either...geeeeesh

just have some toys on the floor when u open the door or a nearby table and you play with the toys ..eventually they will come out...and should.
also when, and IF you ever allow them out ...
and you should... be sure everything is birdie proofed ...no ceiling fans on mirrors cover ...no standing water or stove on...toilet seat down etc and ...THEY ALL at first do crash and burns till they learn the layout an learn how to manuever ...WHEN it happens dont rush to them ...let them gather themselves and settle down...then you can go over to them if they are on floor... you lower your level to them with a perch and they will hop right up 9 outta 10 times where you then can walk slowly back with them to the cage and let them FLY to the cage on thier own...but dont lock them up after doing that either...
what they are doing in the cage is not the equivalent of a good out time flying about.
