I haven't been here for a long time.... I have forgotten how to post a picture. Will anyone walk me through it. I can't seem to figure it out!

hi there ...upload pictures to

www.photobucket.com

free register no cost and just resize in there to no larger than 300x300 pixels...once thats done just go to my stuff up top here ..edit profile copy and paste the IMG code from photo bucket...hit submit at bottom and it should work fine
