Lemon and lime you'll be getting a pm from me as i've seen Kero trying to preen Temari quite a bit and he's four months older than her so he's about 6-8 months old...maybe slightly older don't know and she's only about three months old...should i be sure to separate them within the next couple months...i do not plan on getting a breeding box. Should i start saving up for a second decent cage for her?

They're always together (even outside the cage) she'll just end up growing up to be twice his size since she's a english...

I have a question... I seen that you said you used timothy. I placed some in my birdies' cages just to give them something to "play" with, since I seen them pulling apart the strings on some of their toys and they ate them (the timothy)... is it normal for them to eat timothy.. or even want to eat it? Is it okay for them to eat it?

I didn't know placing a nest in the cage would encourage breeding. I just thought it was normal for birds to have a nest around. I don't wish to breed, so I guess I'll take the nest out... but I'd still like to know if them eating the timothy is okay.

Well, are you sure they actually ATE it..did you see the piece they picked up actually go down...or did they just pick it up, chew on it, then the little pieces fell out? My keets have never eaten it, and i don't think they would, but maybe? If you really are seeing them eating it, remove it because i don't think it's good for them, but just to be safe, remove it.

Yup.. they actually ate it. They didn't eat all of it but most of it is gone. I wont be putting anymore in there. lol. Thanks
