my keets name is Genesis and she is not afraid of my hand at all. i just got her today and she hasn't even attempted to fly away or bite. she has even let me scratch the back of her neck. and shes not even hand fed i got her from petsmart. So does this meen i can start finger training? thanx for your help.

Congrats! Some birds are timid, especially when they are in a strange place they have never been. They tend to be more docile and kind of go with the flow. Once they acclimate, they try to do things their own way. So, you may be in for a surprise in the next several days when your new bird starts to act up and tries to run away from you or your hand. The advice is to take it slow and follow Lisa's detailed training instructions. Good luck!
