I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0 to make the image and Adobe Image Ready to animate it. Image ready comes with photoshop 7. Yeah lol same here!! Photosho 7 is expensiveeee!! i actually dont think they even sell it anymore cuz they have photoshop cs now. But i got mine from the internet.. i downloaded it in less than an hour.. i guess its not exactly..legal.. but i got it =D !!

Yeah, I would think it would be reeeaaallllyyy pricey.
