if they still have stripes on their heads down to their cere the part just above the beak they are babies still if not there is no way of finding out age ...here is a couple of charts for sexing, but also notice how some have a all white forehead while others have stripes.

once they reach about 8 months old they wont have the stripes any longer and its impossible to determine age then

my boy in the picture is 42grams...however he is a big boy on a very good diet and most are smaller usually due to either genetics or poor diets and not enough out time for excercise.
