oh my goodness would you be opening a can of worms if you got a mccaw and did not have a ton of time to devote to it...

your house would become toothpicks in no time at all...lol and those fairly sound proof walls ... well they can get pretty loud...not as loud as some but stilllll.

i think it would stress out echo as well...glad you used your noggin on this...
