Mike, is the air blowing directly on them? You want to make sure it isn't. You can cover a couple sides of the cage and see if they are more active. What temp do you have the thermostat set on?

Yes Mike they may be cold if all puffed up. You can do as pepper said and cover the sides of the cage if it is drafty on that side. Better yet put them in the room that does not get as cool as the others or put them in a room that you can close the air conditioner vent and keep the room warmer.

I have Bob in the room with AC but far away from the vent and I only keep my thermostat at 79 degrees, just to keep it comfortable. But I will not shut it off...going to almost 100 today!

I dont have central air but the unit in my living room has a thermostat and I keep it at about 75 which seems to keep the room at about 78. I make sure that it doesnt blow on any of the cages and since it is sort if in a corner I also have a fan on but again I walk around every time I turn it on to make sure it is not crating any air flow onto the cages (and with 4 cages against 3 sides of the room that is no easy feat). But with temps approaching 100 I dont want the babies to overheat
