Most nights I do, but I have those awful nights that I cannot sleep. Usually when I took a nap too late in the day. I quit all caffeine a few years ago and it is amazing how much better I function all day and especially at night. My energy level is even and no more ups and downs.
Absolutely I agree with you about caffeine. I had to quit it a number of years ago, and I feel so much better now that I did. A friend of mine was told by her doctor to stop drinking caffeine and she has much more energy. It's amazing how it can impact some bodies.
