California Winery Listing

California is one of the most widely recognized wine producers in the world. Spanish priests brought vines to this location hundreds of years ago. There was a pause in winemaking during prohibition, but once it was repealed, wine production took off.

Most people know about the Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley wines, but wines can be found in many different regions of California.

Read about the regions, and plan a virtual trip!

Mendocino
The Mendocino Valley region is located north of Napa Valley / Sonoma and encompasses the Redwood Valley and Anderson Valley.

Napa Valley
The Napa Valley is located just north of San Francisco, and boasts some of the finest wines in the world.

San Francisco
San Francisco is a small wine region that boasts interesting wines.

Santa Cruz
The Santa Cruz region is south of San Francisco and involves a number of mountainous vineyards.

Sonoma Valley
The Sonoma Valley is located right next to the Napa Valley region - and has wines of quite high quality.
