Sonoma Valley Wineries

The Sonoma Valley is located just west of the Napa Valley region, lying in a north-south strip against the Pacific Ocean and just north of San Francisco. The Sonoma Valley is known for its stellar wines, rivalling those of its sister Napa.

Sonoma is best known for its cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, pinot noir and zinfandel wines. Almost 60,000 acres are planted, with 175 wineries calling this region home.
