Blueberry Orange Sangria Recipe
Blueberries’ antioxidants help you fight cancer, diabetes, heart disease and much more. Even better, blueberries are tasty too!
Orange liqueur adds a nice dash of citrus to this recipe. If you don't have access to Triple Sec, you can substitute in Grand Marnier or Cointreau. Both of these are also orange flavored.
Ingredients
10 blueberries
2 oz Triple Sec
1 glass red wine
Put the blueberries into a wine glass. If you have frozen blueberries they have the added benefit of naturally chilling your sangria! Add in the Triple Sec, then fill the glass with red wine. A merlot works really well here, as blueberry-merlot is a classic flavor combination. Any red wine should do though!
Enjoy!
To turn this into a party sangria recipe, there are usually four large glasses of wine in a 750ml bottle of wine. Simply multiply all ingredients by four and use a full bottle of wine in a large pitcher or bowl.

Note: I created these sangria recipes and have had them online for years. If you find similar sangria recipes elsewhere, it's because someone copied my idea. I do appreciate it when visitors write in to warn me about the plagiarism - but usually there's not much I can do about it! What's really funny is when they copy my design right down to my sangria pitcher. That's a bit much :)
