Cranberry Sangria Mold RecipeWatch it wiggle! See it jiggle! Molds are great fun to eat, and this one has the delicious flavor of sangria. Not for the kiddies!
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin In a saucepan, combine the gelatin, sugar and cranberry cocktail. Heat for about 3 minutes. Add in the red wine, then remove from heat and refrigerate. Wait for mixture to semi-thicken before adding in fruits, so they don't all sink to the bottom :) Now pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
