Melon Low Sugar Sangria Recipe
Many people are reducing sugar in their diets, for obvious reasons! Sugar adds on the pounds and rots out your teeth. Here's a low sugar version of Sangria that makes a deliciously light punch!
Ingredients
2 bottles Melon / Mango Sparkling Ice
1 bottle rose / White Zinfandel wine
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Sparkling ice is a brand of flavored water that comes in a variety of fruit flavors. Look through the selection in your store and choose one that appeals to you. Mix in the rose or white Zinfandel. You can balance how sweet or non-sweet the punch is by this selection - while most white zin are sweet, most rose are quite dry.
Now add in the strawberries for their luscious flavors and antioxidants, stir, and add ice to chill!
Note: I created these sangria recipes and have had them online for years. If you find similar sangria recipes elsewhere, it's because someone copied my idea. I do appreciate it when visitors write in to warn me about the plagiarism - but usually there's not much I can do about it! What's really funny is when they copy my design right down to my sangria pitcher. That's a bit much :)
