Pineapple Simple Sangria Recipe
Think about pineapple. Do you imagine Oahu, lounging on a hammock in a tropical paradise? Pineapples are also the traditional colonial symbol for hospitality. Many homes in Colonial America had a pineapple sign above the door to represent their warm welcome.
Bring a bit of the beauty and friendliness of the tropics into your own world with this delicious sangria! It's quick, easy, and delicious.
Ingredients
5 pieces pineapple
1 glass Chardonnay
Chill the pineapple and Chardonnay beforehand. Put the pineapples into the glass. Fill up with Chardonnay. Enjoy!
There are many ways you can liven this up if you have other ingredients around. Add in orange peel for flavor. For an added kick, add in an ounce of brandy or Grand Marnier - an orange liqueur from France.
To turn this into a party sangria recipe, there are usually four large glasses of wine in a 750ml bottle of wine. Simply multiply all ingredients by four and use a full bottle of wine in a large pitcher or bowl.

Note: I created these sangria recipes and have had them online for years. If you find similar sangria recipes elsewhere, it's because someone copied my idea. I do appreciate it when visitors write in to warn me about the plagiarism - but usually there's not much I can do about it! What's really funny is when they copy my design right down to my sangria pitcher. That's a bit much :)
