Strawberry Sangria
Strawberries and orange is a delicious flavor combination. If you can't get fresh strawberries, frozen ones are quite fine and can double as ice cubes!
Ingredients
1 750ml bottle red wine
1 pint strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 shots brandy
2 shots blue Curacao
Mix together the red wine, strawberries and blue Curacao (orange flavored liqueur) until well mixed. Refrigerate at least an hour, or ideally overnight.
Serve the next day from a large pitcher filled with ice.
You can use any red wine you want, based on what wines you enjoy. For tradition's sake you can go with Rioja, the famous red wine of Spain. You can also go with a variety of fruity style wines like Shiraz or Chianti.
To turn this into a party sangria recipe, there are usually four large glasses of wine in a 750ml bottle of wine. Simply multiply all ingredients by four and use a full bottle of wine in a large pitcher or bowl.

Note: I created these sangria recipes and have had them online for years. If you find similar sangria recipes elsewhere, it's because someone copied my idea. I do appreciate it when visitors write in to warn me about the plagiarism - but usually there's not much I can do about it! What's really funny is when they copy my design right down to my sangria pitcher. That's a bit much :)
