I'm doing a big sake tasting tomorrow, with sushi. Sake is a type of rice beverage popular in Japan. We have official sake tasting glasses as well as traditional sake glasses from Riedel and from Japan. We'll be having a selection of sushi and sashimi with it as well as fresh fruit, miso soup, salad and so on.
